Oregon Uniform Trial Court Rules

These rules govern practice in every Oregon circuit court — how documents are formatted and filed, how cases are calendared, and the special procedures for criminal, civil, domestic relations, probate, juvenile, arbitration, small claims, eviction and post-conviction matters. They are issued by order of the Chief Justice and reissued each year, effective August 1.

All are shown below for completeness, because the numbering is the court's and a citation should land where the court put it.
