Oregon Uniform Trial Court Rules
Cited as UTCR · 240 active rules across 24 chapters
These rules govern practice in every Oregon circuit court — how documents are formatted and filed, how cases are calendared, and the special procedures for criminal, civil, domestic relations, probate, juvenile, arbitration, small claims, eviction and post-conviction matters. They are issued by order of the Chief Justice and reissued each year, effective August 1.
