Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure
108 rules across 11 groups · 98 active
Nevada's civil-procedure rules are cited as “NRCP” and were adopted by the Supreme Court of Nevada, effective January 1, 1953. A comprehensive 2019 restyling brought them into close alignment with the modern Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. They are organized into 11 groups, from general scope and commencing an action through disclosures and discovery, trials, judgment, provisional remedies, appeals, and general provisions. Browse the full set below, with verbatim rule text, the official Advisory Committee Notes and Drafter's Notes the Nevada Supreme Court's own rules committee published alongside each rule, amendment history, and a plain-English summary for every rule.
