The clerks shall keep a “Docket of Actions, Proceedings, and Interlocutory Provisions” in which they shall enter all actions and proceedings and any interlocutory provision, in accordance with the rules as may be prescribed. The entry of a document or judgment shall show the date such entry is made.
Los Secretarios o las Secretarias llevarán un “Registro de Pleitos, Procedimientos y Providencias Interlocutorias”, en el que anotarán todos los pleitos, procedimientos y cualquier providencia interlocutoria de acuerdo con el reglamento establecido. Al registrarse un documento o sentencia se consignará la fecha en que se practique dicho registro.

A short rule that supports a great deal of the rest.
Clerks keep a "Docket of Actions, Proceedings, and Interlocutory Provisions" in which they enter all actions and proceedings and any interlocutory provision, in accordance with the rules prescribed.
And the sentence that carries the weight:the entry of a document or judgment shall show the date such entry is made.
Dates of entry are what the deadline machinery runs on. Rule 52.2 computes appeal terms from the entry in the record of a copy of the notice of judgment. Rule 47 runs reconsideration from entry. Rule 49.2 measures its six months from when the judgment was entered or the proceeding taken. None of that works unless the docket says when.

La secretaría llevará un "Registro de Pleitos, Procedimientos y Providencias Interlocutorias" en el que anotará todos los pleitos y procedimientos y cualquier providencia interlocutoria, conforme a las reglas que se prescriban.
Y la oración que carga el peso:la anotación de un documento o sentencia consignará la fecha en que se hace.
Las fechas de anotación son sobre lo que corre toda la maquinaria de términos. La Regla 52.2 computa los de apelación desde el archivo en autos de copia de la notificación de la sentencia. La Regla 47 cuenta la reconsideración desde el registro. La Regla 49.2 mide sus seis meses desde que se registró la sentencia o se llevó a cabo el procedimiento. Nada de eso funciona si el registro no dice cuándo.
