When the nature of an order requires that notice be served by a party or by a party’s attorney upon another person, proof of service of that order must be filed in court within the time fixed by the court by way of a certification attesting to the fact that all the requirements set forth in the order have been complied with as prescribed in Rule 9.
Cuando una orden que por su naturaleza deba ser notificada por una parte o por su abogado o abogada a cualquier otra persona, deberá presentarse ante el tribunal la constancia de haber diligenciado dicha orden, dentro del término fijado por el tribunal, mediante una certificación acreditativa del cumplimiento con todos los requisitos establecidos en la orden, sujeto a lo establecido en la Regla 9.

A short rule for a specific situation: the order itself puts the notice duty on a party rather than on the clerk.
When it applies. Where the nature of an order requires that notice be served by a party or by a party’s attorney upon another person.
What must be filed.Proof of service of that order, within the time fixed by the court, by way of a certification attesting that all the requirements set forth in the order have been complied with, as prescribed in Rule 9.
Two features are worth pulling out. The certification is not just that notice went out — it attests to all the requirements set forth in the order. And the deadline is whatever the court fixed, not a period this rule supplies.
Rule 65.3(c) creates exactly this situation: the clerk issues the notice of judgment, and the plaintiff publishes it.

Dos rasgos merecen destacarse. La certificación no es solo de que se notificó: acredita todos los requisitos consignados en la orden. Y el término es el que fije el tribunal, no uno que esta regla provea.
La Regla 65.3(c) crea exactamente esta situación: la secretaría expide el aviso de sentencia y la parte demandante lo publica.
