A copy of the notice and a copy of all questions served shall be delivered by the party taking the deposition to the person before whom the deposition is to be taken, as prescribed by Rule 27.7. Said person or, in his or her absence, the person who is to take or record the deposition shall proceed promptly, pursuant to Rules 27.7, 27.8 and 27.9, to take the testimony of the witness in response to the questions and to prepare, certify, and dispose of the deposition, attaching thereto a copy of the notice and questions received by him or her.
When the deposition is served on the party who took it, that person shall give notice thereof to all other parties and shall also keep the original deposition and produce it at the trial.
Una copia de la notificación y una copia de todas las preguntas notificadas serán entregadas por la parte que ha de tomar la deposición a la persona ante quien se tomará conforme a la Regla 27.7. Dicha persona o, en ausencia de ésta, la persona que tomará o grabará la deposición procederá prontamente con la continuación de los procedimientos prescritos por las Reglas 27.7, 27.8 y 27.9 a tomar el testimonio del testigo en contestación a las preguntas y a preparar, certificar y disponer de la deposición, uniendo a ésta la copia de la notificación y de las preguntas recibidas por ella.
Tan pronto como la deposición se entregue a la parte que la tomó, ésta tendrá la obligación de notificar este hecho a todas las demás partes. Además, tendrá la obligación de conservar el original y producirlo en el juicio.

The mechanics are short because the rule borrows almost everything.
The party taking the deposition delivers a copy of the notice and of all questions served to the person before whom it is to be taken, as Rule 27.7 prescribes. That person — or, in their absence, whoever is to take or record it — proceeds promptly, under Rules 27.7, 27.8 and 27.9, to take the testimony in answer to the questions and then to prepare, certify and dispose of the deposition, attaching a copy of the notice and questions received.
So everything about form, oath, review, changes, signing, certification, sealing and exhibits comes straight from the oral-deposition rules.
The closing sentence assigns the same custody duty as Rule 27.9. When the deposition is served on the party who took it, that party gives notice to all other parties and must keep the original and produce it at trial.
La mecánica es breve porque la regla toma casi todo prestado.
La parte que toma la deposición entrega copia del aviso y de todas las preguntas notificadas a la persona ante quien se tomará, según prescribe la Regla 27.7. Esa persona —o, en su ausencia, quien vaya a tomarla o grabarla— procede con prontitud, conforme a las Reglas 27.7, 27.8 y 27.9, a tomar el testimonio en respuesta a las preguntas y luego a preparar, certificar y disponer de la deposición, anejando copia del aviso y de las preguntas recibidas.
Así que todo lo relativo a la forma, el juramento, la revisión, los cambios, la firma, la certificación, el sellado y los anejos viene directo de las reglas de la deposición oral.
La oración final asigna el mismo deber de custodia que la Regla 27.9. Notificada la deposición a la parte que la tomó, esta avisa a las demás partes y debe conservar el original y producirlo en el juicio.
