(3m) The crime victim and witness assistance surcharge under s. 973.045 (1m). (4) The delinquency victim and witness surcharge under s. 938.34 (8d) (a). (5) The environmental surcharge under s. 299.93. (5m) The fishing net removal surcharge under s. 29.991. (6) The fishing shelter removal surcharge under s. 29.985.
