Wisconsin uses two sets of days. Inside a period shorter than eleven days, every statutory holiday is skipped whether or not the clerk is open: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and the August primary and November election days of even years. A last day moves only if your clerk’s office was closed all day. Every circuit clerk closes on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, so those move a date here; on the other holidays, and on the day after Thanksgiving, clerks differ, so the result warns you instead. If your clerk was closed on the last day, add that day here as YYYY-MM-DD.
