Rule 250.Scope of Chapter.

This short scope rule tells the reader how widely the chapter applies. The rules in this chapter — covering trial lists, jury addresses, subpoenas, notices, the entry of judgment, local rules, citation, and timing — govern all civil actions and proceedings.
