The court shall thereupon enter an order of sale, commanding the sheriff to sell such water craft as directed in the judgment, and to return the certified copy of the order of sale within 24 hours after the sale, with his or her doings in the premises, and with proof by affidavit of the requisite notice, with a copy of such notice.
