Plain-English Summary
Forms are centralised: all notices provided for in the rule take the form the Administrative Director of the Courts prescribes.
The substantive part is the caregiver's notice. Consistent with the Division rules, notice of all Child Placement Review Board proceedings goes to the foster parent or other temporary caregiver with whom each child is placed, informing them of the schedule for the next hearing and of their right to be heard.
That is a small provision with real consequence: the adult who knows the child's daily life is told when the review is happening and that they may speak at it.
