Upon completion of the enhanced 60-day review, the board shall make its recommendations to the court on a form prescribed by the Administrative Director of the Courts.
(b) Court Orders; Placement Plans. All orders entered by the court prior to the enhanced 60-day review by the child placement review board placing a child in the custody of the Division pursuant to N.J.S. 9:6-8.54, N.J.S. 30:4C-12, N.J.S. 2A:4A-43 or N.J.S. 2A:4A-46 shall be provided by the court to the board. Plain-English Summary

Every child placed by the Division gets an enhanced review, initiated 60 days after placement, conducted by the child placement review board acting on the court's behalf. The board collects information on a prescribed form and, on completing the review, makes recommendations to the court on another.

The Division has its own deadline running in parallel: a placement plan submitted to the court within 30 days of the date of placement.

Information moves in both directions. Orders placing a child in the Division's custody that were entered before the enhanced review are provided by the court to the board. Where the placement resulted from a court order, notice of the enhanced review is made available to all counsel and self-represented parties with related matters pending in the Family Part — and they receive timely notice of all subsequent proceedings and orders under the Act relating to that litigation.
