Plain-English Summary

This closing section of Title 13 extends the same warrant procedure to yet another agency's enforcement mission. As with the Fish and Game and Food and Agriculture provisions before it, this section doesn't rewrite the inspection warrant procedure; it designates the Department of Justice as another agency entitled to use the same cause-based warrant this title already establishes.
