§ 1822.60.Department of Justice Inspections Conducted Under Section 19827(a), Business and Professions Code

This closing section of Title 13 extends the same warrant procedure to yet another agency's enforcement mission. A warrant can be issued under this title's requirements to authorize Department of Justice personnel to conduct inspections as provided in subdivision (a) of Section 19827 of the Business and Professions Code.

As with the Fish and Game and Food and Agriculture provisions before it, this section doesn't rewrite the inspection warrant procedure; it designates the Department of Justice as another agency entitled to use the same cause-based warrant this title already establishes.
