§ 1235.020.Headings Not to Affect Scope, Meaning Or Intent

Headings make a long title like this one easier to navigate, but they aren't part of the law itself. Section 1235.020 says the chapter, article, and section headings scattered throughout this title don't affect the scope, meaning, or intent of any provision.
