§ 751.54.Summons, Publication of Notice, Posting and Related Matters

Rather than repeating the summons and service mechanics from scratch, the Cullen Earthquake Act incorporates Chapter 3.5's procedure wholesale. Summons form, newspaper publication, the memorandum naming adverse claimants, posting on the affected property, and service on known adverse claimants — all of it follows §§ 751.05 through 751.10, the same rules that govern a destroyed-land-records action.

That borrowing means the two chapters, despite addressing very different triggering events, share the same notice architecture: reach unknown claimants through publication and posting, and reach known claimants through direct service or mail.
