(a)Implementation. Each judicial district may determine if it will implement a parenting coordination program.
(b)Certification. The president judge or the administrative judge of the Fam- ily Division of each judicial district shall certify if the judicial district has estab- lished a parenting coordination program. The certification shall be filed with the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee, and shall be substantially in the following form: I hereby certify that County has implemented a parenting coordination program in accordance with Pa.R.Civ.P. 1915.11-1.
